Keystone Technologies Cookie Policy

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that let a site remember small pieces of information on your device. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these technologies.

2. Strictly necessary storage

We use a small amount of strictly necessary storage that the site needs to work as you would expect. It does not identify you and is not used for advertising.

“ks-consent” (local storage): remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again on every visit. It stays until you clear your browser storage or change your choice.

“ks-intro-seen” (session storage): remembers that the opening animation has already played in this browser tab, so it isn’t repeated when you refresh. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Because this storage is essential to the site, it does not require your consent. You can still remove it at any time through your browser settings.

3. Optional analytics cookies

With your permission, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people move between them. We use this information only to improve the site.

Analytics cookies are never set unless you choose “Accept all cookies” and analytics is enabled on the site. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics scripts are loaded.

When used, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with “_ga”. They typically last up to two years. IP addresses are anonymised. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy notice.

4. Cookies we do not use

We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your information to third-party font or image services.

5. Forms on this site

When you submit the project brief form or the suggestion widget, the information you enter is sent to us so we can respond. These forms do not set cookies. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics collection and remove the analytics cookies we can access.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how parts of the site work.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if we change how we use cookies, and the effective date above will change accordingly.
